After booking, you can track the status of your order in real-time through the Launezy app.
How long does laundry delivery take?+
Most orders are delivered within 24-48 hours. Express delivery is also available in some areas.
What if I miss my scheduled pickup?+

You can edit or cancel a booking through the app as long as the pickup hasn’t been initiated. Simply go to your order history and select "Manage Order."
