- The laundry service was not completed as promised.
- Items were damaged or lost during the service.
- The service was canceled by Launezy or the laundry provider.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service date.

Non-Refundable Cases
- Services completed as requested with no verifiable issues.
- Customer dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences without clear service faults.
- Cancellations made by the customer after the service has begun.

How to Request a Refund

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos if applicable
Our team will investigate and respond within 3 business days.

Refund Process
Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
